PRIVACY & INQUIRY INFORMATION
A clear approach to the information you share.
This notice explains how Cognitive Cyber Defense uses information submitted through the consultation form and other direct inquiry channels.
Information collected
The consultation form may collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry topic, message, and technical information needed to operate and protect the form. Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, classified information, or other secrets through the form.
How the information is used
Information is used to review your inquiry, respond to you, evaluate whether a conversation or engagement is appropriate, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Vercel, and consultation messages are delivered through Resend. These providers may process limited information as necessary to host the site, transmit the inquiry, prevent abuse, and provide operational logs under their own service terms and privacy practices.
Retention and disclosure
Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, or satisfy applicable obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers supporting the website and inquiry process.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted through the consultation form, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Use the consultation form and state that your message concerns privacy.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the website, service providers, or operating practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
